Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to clients in person, on email, or telephonically.
- Schedule meetings or telephone conferences between clients and management.
- Coordinate among internal team and the customers for the issues escalation and prioritization.
- Handling the internal ticketing system and maintaining the SLAs.
- Escalate complaints to relevant departments.
- Should be able to work on shift basis to support global clients.
Attributes Required
- A bachelor's degree is preferred in IT or computer science or a related field.
- Computer skills - must be proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
- Basic knowledge about the windows server, SQL server and mobile OS.
- A professional and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
