🔎 Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and industry networks.
- Initiate outbound engagement via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Manage inbound leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Conduct market research to refine lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (preferably in B2B SaaS, automation, or IT solutions).
- Strong communication skills—comfortable engaging prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Proficiency in CRM tools & lead databases (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Experience in cold outreach, appointment setting, and pipeline management.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Australian clients and a strong understanding of the Australian market is a plus!
