Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Integration Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues while ensuring seamless collaboration between systems. Candidates with relevant experience or a strong aptitude for learning in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.

 Key Responsibilities:

 • Provide support for integration-related issues and resolve complex incidents in collaboration with the engineering team.

 • Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues, working closely with clients and internal teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.

 • Assist in configuring integrations based on client needs, conduct end-to-end testing, and validate data flows across various platforms.

 • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources, to support efficient knowledge sharing.

 • Support new clients through the integration process by providing guidance and setup assistance to ensure successful implementations.

 • Monitor integration performance and user feedback, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and prevent recurring issues.

 • Work closely with development, product, and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex integration issues.

 

 Requirements:

 • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, information Systems Engineering, Software Systems Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

 • Applicant with relevant working experiences in a related field will be added advantage, such as:· Experience in handling projects and with exposure to the full system development life cycle, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 • Experience in Software Development domain.

 • Experience in produce high-quality documentation includes System. Requirements specification document (SRS), User Manuals, Training Material & etc.

 • Independent, strong analytical and proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues in a time-sensitive environment.

 • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

 •  Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

 • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required, as the role involves liaising with English-speaking clients.

Familiarity with APIs (RESTful/SOAP), SQL, and data formats like JSON and XML
