HR Manager
We’re seeking a dynamic individual to be overall responsible for HR department and take on the continuous development of employees.
Job Profile;
- Enhances the organization’s Human Resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices
- Assist in developing implementing and monitoring performance management programs, process and tools
- Exercise innovative leadership, demonstrate business awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset with commitment to excellence
- Support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing programs; counselling managers on candidate selection, conducting exit interviews
- Ensuring planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Monitor completion of development plans, KPIs and staff feedback reviews and suggest possible solutions for poor performers through coaching and development initiatives.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ability to liaise with statutory government bodies
Requirements;
- Fully qualified in PQHRM or equivalent degree in HRM from recognized University/Institute.
- At least 5 or more years of work experience in the field of Human Resources and at least 2 years in similar capacity in the mercantile sector.
- MS Office proficiency at higher level and good understanding of English, Sinhala & Tamil (all 3 preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently , under pressure with minimum supervision and be a team player.
- Individual with highest integrity, professionalism, dedication & commitment.
