Accountant Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports and handle sensitive information
  • Assist with financial reporting
  • Pertorm basic bookkeeping (accounts payable/receivable)
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • AAT intermediate, HNDA,Higher diploma, or equivalent
  • Experience as an admin assistant.
  • Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) is a plus Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication skills
