Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports and handle sensitive information
- Assist with financial reporting
- Pertorm basic bookkeeping (accounts payable/receivable)
- Reconcile financial discrepancies
Qualifications:
- AAT intermediate, HNDA,Higher diploma, or equivalent
- Experience as an admin assistant.
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) is a plus Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication skills
